Star Talent show 2010

Fell Charter will be hosting it’s first-ever Star Talent Show on Thursday, March 18th at 6 pm in the Multipurpose Room!  The competition is open to any Fell Charter student in any grade.

Tryouts will be held Tuesday, March 2nd from 3:30-5 pm; a Dress Rehearsal will be held Wednesday, March 17th from 3-5 pm.

All students looking to compete must have acts that meet the following criteria:

• Acts require each student to demonstrate a talent (singing, dancing, etc)
• Lip syncing (fake singing) is NOT allowed
• Students must provide their own music, props, instruments, etc.
• All acts are limited to 5 minutes and must be school-appropriate
• Students can perform individually or in groups
• All participants must be present at the tryouts/rehearsal in order to appear in the show
• Transportation must be provided to all portions of this event by parents/guardians

Any student who wishes to participate must complete the form below and return it to school by Friday, February 26th.  Late applications will not be accepted.

3rd grade paragon night – feb. 24th

Be sure to join us for Paragon Night next Wednesday, February 24th, as the 3rd grade class takes us back to the time of exploration and discovery in the New World!  Then journey to the classrooms for a complete tour of the 16th century!

The performance will begin a 6:30 pm in the Multipurpose Room and the classrooms will be open afterwards until 7:30 pm.

Re-Enrollment packets went home to all Fell Charter students today, along with the Weekly Warrior and announcements.  It is very important that the Re-Enrollment packets be returned immediately to ensure that each student still has a seat in class for next year!

Parents/guardians must complete and return a packet for each student who is re-enrolling; the re-enrollment deadline is Tuesday, February 23rd.  Students may still re-enroll after this date, but will not be guaranteed a seat for next year, as Open Enrollment of new students will begin in March.

Please remember that next week is Paragon Night, and the 3rd grade will be taking us back to the Age of Exploration!  The Book Fair will also be here next week; we are still looking for volunteers to help out!
