Submissions for the Earth Day T-shirt Contest closed this morning; we want to thank all the students who entered! We’re always impressed with the artistic talent here at FCS! The faculty will select the top 10 entries in time for the afternoon announcements on Wednesday, and the winning design will be announced before dismissal on Friday!
Included with today’s announcements is a copy of the Earth Day T-shirt order form – we encourage students, staff, and families to order a T-shirt, which will feature the winning student design. Shirts will arrive in time for students to wear them on Earth Day, April 22nd, as part of our Earth Week celebration.
Also, please note that the Gertrude Hawk chocolate orders will arrive on Monday, March 29th.

This April marks the 40th anniversary of the celebration of Earth Day. Fell Charter has a long-standing commitment to Earth Day and is expanding it’s range of activities to help celebrate this milestone. In addition to the usual school-based activities, Fell Charter is looking to expand its Earth Day celebration to the community.
The highlight of this year’s celebration is the construction of the Fell Charter Earth Day Nature Patio on the school grounds. The Nature Patio will be an outdoor site dedicated to environmental learning, student activities, and academic contemplation.

Since the launch of the new, improved, Fell Charter website almost a year ago, we have striven to make sure that the site is the primary source of information for both current students and families, as well as new students and families looking to enroll. As a milestone in that direction, we are proud to announce that fellcharter.org just passed the 5000 visitor mark!
As we continue to move forward towards a new school building and an even better future for our students, we will continue to keep you informed here on the website – and we hope that you’ll continue to visit!
