200 Club!
Fell Charter Elementary School actively promotes core ethical values and supportive performance values as the foundation of good character. The students of Fell Charter Elementary School strive to represent our school mission with PRIDE Expectations for Behavior:
PRIDE Rules
- Put downs are prohibited
- Respect & trust toward one another
- Insist upon your personal best
- Discuss & listen actively
- Expect & give truth & honesty
These expectations were put into place during the 2004-2005 school year by faculty, parents, and board members.

Portraying each of the above character education goals is encouraged and rewarded through the use of our 200 Club. This incentive program has provenvery effective in fostering positive behavior and character education. Every day, ten “Mystery Staff Members” are given a red 200 Club ticket in their mailbox. Throughout the day, the “Mystery Staff Members” give their tickets to a student who they see go above & beyond. Examples are: helping a classmate, holding the door for others, being a team player, effective answers to a teacher’s question, sharing with others, honesty, etc.
Near the end of the school day, an announcement is made for all 200 Club ticket holders to report to the office, where their name, referring teacher, and reason for receiving the 200 Club ticket is recorded in the “Celebrity Book.” The students then pick a number out of a bucket and place it on the 200 Club Board in the main hallway, where everybody can see it. A certificate is also presented to the student(s) so that they are able to share their accomplishment with their parents/guardians. Once ten student numbers connect across the board, those ten students are awarded a luncheon in the community, accompanied by school personnel.
The 200 Club Program is administered by Mr. Kevin Bennett, the Behavior Intervention Specialist.
